一、Product warranty

In order to make consumers feel comfortable using our RHM brand products, we will strictly abide by the relevant laws issued by the state, and comply with the specific provisions and relevant regulations of the "Microcomputer Commodity Repair and Replacement Responsibility Regulations", and stipulate the company's after-sales service system.

(1)Consumers should complete the contents of the warranty card when purchasing the machine and stamp the seal of the dealer.

(2)Service Term:

RHM is committed to the good quality of the products. The products fail when they are used normally within 7 days from the date of sale. Consumers can choose to return, exchange or repair them for free. The consumer can use the free warranty within one year after the normal purchase. For consumers who do not meet the conditions of free replacement or free warranty service, our company still provides technical services, and collects material fees when it is necessary to repair and replace parts.

(3)The purchase time is based on the purchase invoice or receipt date issued by the dealer.

(4)One of the following conditions cannot be used for the "Three Guarantees" service:

1)All human factors are damaged, including failures and damages caused by use in a non-normal working environment, not in accordance with the instructions or not in accordance with the computer environment indicated in the instructions.

2)Without the consent of the company, the user disassembles, repairs and modifies it.

3)Damage caused by transportation after purchase.

4)Damage due to other irresistible forces (such as floods, lightning strikes, earthquakes, abnormal voltages).

5)Normal use, wear and tear, rust or dip.

6)Products that are not part of the company (such as fakes).

7)Cannot show valid purchase certificate, no warranty card.

8)Body barcode damage.

(5)After-sales maintenance, the freight costs.

二、Product replacement, warranty procedures

If the customer fails after using the machine, he should bring the invoice to the dealer to contact the warranty service. If the problem has not been solved properly, please call or write to our customer service department, we will solve the problem for you in the shortest time.
